Randstad is partnering with a global leader in high-volume, sustainable packaging manufacturing to find a skilled Maintenance Electrical Technician to join their high-performing team in Gilroy, CA.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair both electrical/electronic systems (PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, schematics) and core mechanical components (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmissions).
- Predictive & Preventive Maintenance: Perform root-cause failure analysis and execute PM schedules to maximize machine uptime.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work alongside operations and maintenance partners to resolve complex technical hurdles efficiently.
- Continuous Learning: Cross-train across various technical disciplines to expand your skillset and boost your industry capabilities.
- Digital Work Orders: Manage parts, work orders, and maintenance logs using modern computer management systems. ZPMLSTCM
